About Me

I am a pediatric physical therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years in New York City. I have worked in a variety of settings including the NYC Public Schools, acute care pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, home-based Early Intervention, and outpatient and inpatient pediatrics at Hospital for Special Surgery.

I work on developing gross motor skills in children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, and orthopedic issues. I have extensive experience in working with children from birth through adolescence. If your child is not meeting their milestones, has difficulty rolling, sitting, or is not moving independently, they may benefit from physical therapy intervention. It can also help If your child is struggling to keep up with their peers at school, is reluctant to participate in physical activity, or has frequent tripping or coordination issues. I also have experience in returning children to their full potential after musculoskeletal injury or surgery.

I love to travel and have volunteered as a teacher of physical therapy in both Ghana and Bhutan.

I am a registered DMI practitioner having completed the Introductory Level B coursework. I am a certified TheraTogs fitter. I have experience with TASES.
